  1. Hi, I do show that submission is here and is currently with CCS for pressing. Since Pressing is running so long right now, it is going to be some time yet until that moves over to the CGC side.   3. Good afternoon, Thank you for your message. Yes, this is normal and not cause for alarm. Multiple submissions within one shipping box may not all be logged in at exactly the same time. I would just give it a little longer and you should receive an email once the other submissions are logged in as well. One Modern which shipped back in January and one Economy which is still in process. The Economy tier is running about 208 business days right now.   7. Good morning, Thank you for your message. Yes, sometimes artists will directly send us a book they have signed and/or sketched for a customer. In order for the book to receive our Signature Series label, the artist will have to include a Creator Agreement which gives the particulars of when they signed, the artist information and the customer information. Once we have that, we would contact the customer directly for details regarding grading such as the tier you want, the declared value, return shipping method and address, etc. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Invoice 3859636 is still within the normal turnaround time for regular pressing, which is running about 253 business days right now. CGC Services & Fees | CGC (cgccomics.com) You'll receive an email once that moves to the CGC side to start grading. Invoice 3857768 is also still with CCS but that one is behind as it was a Standard tier. We are currently in the process of trying to locate that order and rush that through.   9. Hello, if a book is bumped up to a higher tier by the graders, this does not affect the turnaround time. It will still be processed at the turnaround time for the original tier it was submitted under. The book that is bumped remains with the rest of the books on that submission and it not moved off onto a separate invoice so everything on that submission will still be completed at the same time. Thank you!
  10. Good morning, I checked that invoice and it looks like it went through Quick Press rather than regular pressing. Books submitted for Quick Press don't go through the pressing machine as many times as a regular pressing. We no longer offer Quick Press but at the time when we did, it was more for very minimal issues that did not need much pressing as that option would not get out as many defects as regular pressing would. In regular pressing, the books are put through the pressing machine multiple times to get out as many defects as possible. As a one time courtesy, we could have you send the books back and repress and regrade them for you at no charge. If you would like to do that, please let me know and I can email you the instructions on how to do that. Thank you!

There were only 20 books on this order so it wouldn't have qualified for pre-screen as there is a 25 book minimum for that service. You won't be able to view the invoice information in submission tracking until that moves to the CGC side for grading. Once that occurs then you can enter the submission number in the search bar on the submission tracking page and it will bring up the submission information. If the book's value has gone up substantially and the value is significantly greater than you listed on your form, it is possible our graders may bump the book up to a higher grading tier and you would be responsible for the difference in grading fees. After that, you can locate the specific invoice information by entering the submission number in the search bar on the submission tracking page. Please note, if your submission is still with CCS, it won't show up in the search field until it moves to CGC for grading.   18. Good morning, Thank you for your message. It seems unlikely that it was sent back to the original customer that way without being noticed by the customer. I would reach out to the seller on this. Since the holder is completely open, the book will have to be regraded and cannot simply be reholdered at this point. There is a possibility, if any damage was sustained to the book, that the grade may change. Thank you,
