Just in the nick of time! No problem.

He had a few of them, all seem to be from the early 60's (60-62). They're great fun covers and stories. Hard to find in nicer grades though!

Laugh 133. Aliens watching TV. Spine completely split and detached. Free with first person who purchases a book and claims! CLAIMED!!!

Katy Keene 61, Monster from Mars cover and story. Nothing missing or colored in or written on inside (name on front cover). Spine is rough with roll and a piece missing from center of spine. Cover attached (front of bottom staple is detached, back of bottom staple still attached, top staple fully attached). Interior has nice cream/off white pages. $20 SOLD!!!!

The one you've all been waiting for (if anyone actually reads this thread, that is) . . . Jughead 79, creature from the black lagoon cover! Nice copy in about 5.0 range, would benefit greatly from a press. BUT cf is detached (present). CGC 5.0 sold for $282. I'm asking a paltry $180 OBO. SOLD!!!!

Archie's Pals 'n' Gals 18, an Archie Giant and alien cover. Unfortunately that cover is detached. Back cover attached with 2 1/2" split at bottom. Interior cream pages, nothing seems to be missing. $5 SOLD!!!

Archie's Joke Book 64, Aliens and spaceship cover, mermaid story. Spine rough with spine roll and tears near staple (fully attached), top of comic has storage bend and some pages folded over back top edge. $5 SOLD!!!

Archie 125, Frankenstein cover and story, and invisible hand/head story. Great color, but spine split to bottom staple (from bottom, thankfully), coupon cut affects a story, and some staining inside. $15

Archie 124, Aliens freaking out Ronnie! Nice color, glossy, but some roughness around the edges, 1/2" spine split at bottom, interior white pages, everything nicely attached. $15

Archie 123, Alien and space ships! Dracula story as well. Nice color, well loved comic, I'd say about a VG-/VG because of stain on back cover. Interior nice cream pages. Cf and cover solidly attached. $15 SOLD!!!

You might say I was a tad disappointed . . . I was really looking forward to those Out of the Shadows books! But I still think I got a pretty good deal overall (there are a bunch of books that didn't have the tracing/pencil blackout - I'm working on getting most of them to the Presser and CGC). If they don't sell here I am going to experiment with an eraser and a steady hand and see what I can do. Maybe I can salvage them a bit.

I love that on the back of one issue of these gruesome comics is an ad for happy little children having candy, and the next is close to porn (is that for Daddy? Daddy's been a good boy buying you kiddies these comics, now Daddy gets some of his own candy!).

Last, but not least! Web of Evil 1, first issue! I'd say this would have been a 3.0-3.5 copy, and the pencil art is only on the skull on the bottom left, so it isn't as extensive as the other defacements. Spine is the roughest part of the book. Interior has supple White pages, everything solidly attached, back cover left edge has some minor ripping. No recent GPA data. $195
