Me three and there are some books I was very tempted to bid on if I didn't know who the seller was... I have to admit, in the past week or two I've kept checking CS's feedback... wondering what's going to happen when a guy who can't deliver a pack of mylars is suddenly responsible for grading and fulfilling hundreds of golden age comics. Methinks it won't be pretty. I was eyeing a great All Tops that seemed to be put up multiple times. I didn't bid on it, thank goodness! But, it did go cheap. BTW, YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. Unbelievable. I have yet to receive any package of mylars I ordered a full year ago. I have yet to receive any refund, or apology/acknowledgment/excuse....etc... Just because you see an occasional board member receive a package from CS doesn't mean he's anywhere near catching up on old business responsibilities. These are more than likely anomalies. You might as well smoke your money - that's unacceptable by any metric. Saying anything in this guy's defense (or in ComicSupply's for that matter) is like siding with Bernie Madoff . . . That's ridiculous, david - doing 4000+ transactions on ebay and getting a total of 40+ negs/neutrals pretty much means that you're doing everything you can to please your customers. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from someone with that kind of feedback. Btw, seeing that the people who put CS on this list have had all their orders refunded/fulfilled, shouldn't he be removed from the list? Or is that only how it works for somebody who isn't ComicSupply? Do the math Jake, he hasn't even scratched the surface of making good. If you want to rally everyone on his behalf be my guest. As to your silly eBay analysis - for every 40 negs, there are at least 100 decent people who got screwed and just ate it. And btw 4000 transactions is diddly-squat for someone who's in the business full-time.

Think about it for a sec - you have a book listed on ebay with a BIN, you have a book listed here with a BIN. Two buyers each hit the BIN in two different places? Who gets the book? Also, the BIN principle here is paramount to the way this forum works. You HAVE to list a BIN price, and you HAVE to honor it.

Well, only if someone asks for the person to be put on the list. If it were someone that I'd done business with successfully in the past, I probably would not ask for them to be put on the list right after the 30 day mark. But of course, that goes unsaid. How would we know about it otherwise? This is not metaphysics.

I'm not really worried that he has scammed me, but things can fall between the cracks. A little communication is all that I ask. Mike From my experience, quick shipment is definitely not Adam's strong point! Whether someone is a nice guy, or has been trustworthy in the past is irrelevant. After 30 days passes, they go on the list until the matter is resolved. It's as simple as that.
