  1. If you have a photo of the back cover of this book, I would appreciate seeing it: G.I. Joe A Real American Hero 20 NM+ $10 Photo added, thank you!
  2. Sure. I am not aware of evidence of Comiclink doing this, but maybe that is out there as well. My comment was to a comment that stated shilling was the case with any online auction, which I disagree with, unless there is evidence of such dastardly acts.
  3. You started this thread. Things really dropped off right from that moment as far as I can tell.
  4. Anyone still have the link to the “lady in the white dress covers” in the late 60s and early 70s DC horror books? Please, please repost if possible.
  5. Maybe. Prove it, and then you might be on this something. In the meantime, given the title of this thread, the OP’s gripes, and the shockingly very reasonable and realistic responses to this thread, the only thing I have come up with is, this is just a really poorly-titled thread to begin with.
  6. That is just one really long tweet that goes over the character limit. Is this par for the course with what passes as an "article" on that website? Because its :spoon:
  7. Good lord that’s a ton of misses with the Todd signing.
  8. Hopefully still the highest graded, I havent looked in a while. EDIT: it still is, thats sort of a suprise
  9. So, yeah, I’m suggesting that it’s not worth the effort, despite your vouching for Berkbridge because they ship in a safe manner. The fact that you have to ask yourself “I know I’m not dealing with the guy that I know changed his name for reasons unknown to me, but am I dealing with Nicole or Sophie and are they real or not,” pretty much is Reason 1 as to why it’s probably not a good idea to have anything to do with them. But you do you.
  10. Why is this still a thing? If you buy from this group, your name ends up, at one point or another, on a transaction list. When whatever they have going on cracks open, your name is somewhere on whatever data gets recovered from some investigation. Is that worth it? Especially because I don't really see them selling anything eye-popping in the first place.
  11. 😆 Now do all the books you overpaid for during this period of time.
  12. Jim, got The Matrix book, it arrived in perfect condition, two days after I paid, properly packaged and shipped in a very safe manner. Thank you again!
  13. My situation is somewhat like the thread floating around on General right now, but I know I am looking for a SA book, and that thread is going to get yanked at some point. I am a BA and CA guy, and this purchase would be a 5 yr investment, or if that would not be necessary to cash it out then, then it becomes a 10 yr investment. This is a serious inquiry, my knowledge cuts out around the late 60s with Nick Fury Agent of SHEILD and a few horror books, and I don't know enough to drop real money (at least real money to me) on something like this. This is not a "buy what you love," this is a buy what I can turn around in 5 years or in 10 years. A very serious thank you in advance for anyone that is willing to give me their input.
  14. What did you offer up as proof when USPS asked if you are sure you dropped it off in the Dropbox?
  15. 😆 for the people that have trouble walking and breathing at the same time
  16. Wasn’t this the seller that lamented everyone for not be willing to pay his asking price because “everyone wants everything for free” or something like that? You can be on here forever and that’s not a recipe for things that are going to end well. Buy the book, not the grade, Dr. Balls.
