  1. What collectors have been asking for is here at last! The CGC Trading Cards Population Report is now live at CGCcards.com! A powerful tool that provides an up-to-date catalog of the trading cards that have been graded by CGC Trading Cards, the Pop Report enables you to determine the relative rarity of your CGC-certified cards. At launch, the Pop Report includes all Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering cards that CGC Trading Cards has graded. New games will continually be added as more cards are certified. Be sure to check out the full details using the link below. Please find it here and post any issues or feedback in this thread. We hope you enjoy it! Paul
  2. Hello, Sorry for the delay. You can click the "I can't find my card" text to add it manually. Paul
  3. Only repeating errors that are done as variants are listed right now. The other cards are there, just not broken out by error. We will be adding that functionality in at a later date. Paul
  4. Thanks for bringing this one to our attention. It is a 9.5 which has been corrected. It should update sometime today. Paul
  5. I know of no plans to this effect. I was referring to some other exciting things. Thanks, Paul
  6. We are still on track for the most part aside from some data cleanup issues. Hopefully will be this month still. If not, should be very early next month. There is a bit of exciting stuff coming before the pop report, then a bit after that is the pop. Paul
  7. No, if people do not tell us there's an issue, then of course we do not record that. If you have holders with major damage, then the shipment was clearly mishandled. You should contact customer service at service@cgccards.com and they will help you out. Thank you, Paul
  8. I do not believe this to be a widespread issue. It might still happen when the boxes are heavily mishandled by the shipping carriers, but otherwise, we have seen complaints about this drop 99% since moving to the new, white inserts. As always, you can reach out to customer service with any complaints and they can assist. Thank you, Paul
  9. Should be by the end of March. There have been unforeseen complications, as there always tend to be, unfortunately. We are definitely in the end game though! Please make sure to check out the CSG one as it will be essentially the same. Paul
  10. Yes, hopefully within a month! We are just fixing some database issues to make sure everything displays properly and in order. Paul
  11. Yes, February is still the goal, although perhaps more like mid to late. We had some issues with CSG data that has delayed that launch, but the CGC data set is smaller and so should be easier to deal with. I have already seen how it will look and behave, and it's pretty awesome. We are still working our hardest to get it out ASAP. Paul
  12. Yes, they are still eligible to be graded. Paul
  13. Nothing specific, unfortunately, but encapsulation does have a bit of a backlog right now, so it could be a bit of time before they are shipped. Thank you, Paul
  14. We are going to get it right the first time, and doing things right takes time. I apologize that there have been delays, but we are working on it. Paul
  15. Happy New Year! Unfortunately, the CSG Census was delayed a bit due to some data issues in the database, not with the functionality of the website itself. So the delay of the CSG one should hopefully not affect the CGC TC Census release, which is still planned within the first couple months of this year. Paul
  16. Unfortunately they are separate companies, so I doubt that will ever be possible, sorry! Paul
  17. Cool card! This is a rare error indeed. It is an obstruction in the white opaque layer that blocks the holographic foil from showing through in those areas. It would be a great card to submit as an error. Paul
  18. Hello, We do indeed grade Eon Tickets. Thank you, Paul
  19. I hope so too! I really do think it should be. I'm excited for everyone to check out the CSG one when it goes live. I have seen it on our testing sites and it is pretty epic. Like I mentioned before, the CGC TC one will be very similar to the CSG one, so everyone will be getting a sneak preview soon! Paul
  20. This was indeed fixed Monday; is it working for you now? Thank you, Paul
  21. We are no longer using the brown inserts. There may be some old bulks floating around that still have some, but they should be few and far between. Paul
  22. Yes, we are definitely getting close. The new CGC Online Submission Form and the CSG Pop Report should be launching within the next couple weeks or so. The next thing on the docket is the CGC Trading Cards Pop Report, which I am told will be done by early February at the latest. This pop report will not simply be a copy of the CGC Comics Pop Report, which is much older in style and function. Rather, it will be much more modern and easy to use. It will work almost exactly the same as the CSG one coming in the next week, so please check that out when it launches to get a good idea of what the CGC TC one will look like. I think you will all be very happy with how it looks and works. Please note, we only have our one team of programmers that need to do work for NGC, NCS, PMG, CGC, CGC TC, CSG, ASG, and CCG. There is only so much bandwidth to go around. I too wish the CGC TC pop report had come out sooner, but it is coming within the next month or two, and I promise we are (and have been) working as fast as we can. Paul
