  4. These cards are altered to make them look like more expensive cards. We will not grade cards that are altered to make them appear to be a completely different type/issue, even if it is just from the front. Thank you, Paul
  5. I am not happy with the wording of the email regarding combining shipments. I will have that changed to make it more clear that it is not guaranteed. But I will get you a refund on that extra shipping charge because I agree with you that the fact that it was not guaranteed is not made clear in the email.   16. No other employee will be able to shed any additional light. We operate on a FIFO basis, but with tens of thousands of submissions in house, there are bound to be outliers that finish more quickly or take longer than average. Paul
  17. You can call in or email and they will correct it for you. This all stems back to the pricing changes and the package backlog (which after many many worked weekends is now 0.) Mistakes do happen, but we will rectify them quickly for you if you reach out. Paul

  19. I'm not sure what to tell you on this. Clearly this one was done earlier than it should have been. We follow FIFO, but for some reason this one was done early; I am not sure why. With so many thousands of submissions, issues like this are bound to happen with submissions being done either more quickly or slower than expected. Paul
