  1. Sorry for the delay. Were you able to resolve this? If not, please contact customer service.
  2. Yes, you should ship all of the cards together. Please mark the outside of the box with the highest tier.
  3. It's a minor printing defect, so it might slightly affect the surface grade.
  4. Economy currently has an estimated turnaround time of 166 business days. It will likely be a few months before you are charged, but I cannot give an exact estimate, sorry!
  5. Hello, Centering is actually not weighted as heavily because the centering subgrade only goes as low as 8. That means centering alone will not keep a card from obtaining the grade of Mint 9. The overall grades on these two cards is correct, as the overall grade is based on the two lowest sub grades. Thank you, Paul
  6. Hello, That is not a feature we are exploring, sorry!
  7. A change was made a month or so ago that changed what used to be seen as "Verified" to the more accurate "Scheduled for Grading." After cards are received and verified, they are immediately put in line for grading. Therefore, we felt Scheduled for Grading was more accurate. However, on slower tiers, it will remain in that status for quite a while until it is actually being graded. Paul
  8. I'm sorry that it seems this was an issue with billing. I do suggest you call in, they will be happy to assist. Paul
  9. This. The photo is a real card and grade, but PhotoShopped into a template. It is 100% within our standards for 10 Centering. Paul
  10. Oh no! That will certainly negatively impact the surface grade significantly.
  11. We are working on an update to the website to make sure it displays as O/C. Thank you,
  12. I just got an update. The 10-count and 50-count boxes are now using the new inserts made of a different material, and the 25-count ones should be using them soon as well. Thank you, Paul
  13. I will send this along to the appropriate parties, but we are already in the process of changing them. Thank you, Paul
  14. It is still being worked on, but progress is definitely being made. It will not be a simple query tool, it will be a full-fledged pop report similar to the one on ngccoin.com. Thank you, Paul
  15. It is indeed accounting. You should call in to customer service. 1-877-NM-COMIC. Paul
  16. In the beginning of CGC Cards, Bulk and Economy were treated the same and had the same turnaround time. Once the turnaround times began to increase, especially on bulk, we began to keep Economy separate as it has a much quicker turnaround. The team went back through the older bulk to pull out Economy submissions to help them catch up, but I would not be surprised if a few were missed. Paul
  17. Sorry, CGC currently only grades Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering. More games are coming soon though! Paul
  18. You can just select Add New. I am not sure why it is not displaying as it is in our system. I will check with IT. Thank you, Paul
  19. This submission is on accounting hold. Please contact customer service. Thank you, Paul
  20. I'm sorry about that. Please email me, I can assist. Paul@cgccards.com
  21. That was many years ago. We no longer utilize that grade for comics. Paul
  22. Oh no! USPS Registered Mail is extremely secure. It should show up at some point. If not, please reach out to Customer Service. Paul
  23. CGC is working on adding new games to our accepted cards list. I do not think Comic Cards will be in the first batch of new games as they require a different sized interior on the holder. Paul
