I'd like to write to him specifically to thanks him for all of his hard work in not only illustration but design. Sure he was a great Illustrator, but in my mind his sheer brilliance come form the fact that a lot of his characters that he drew and came up with has stood the test of time. Think of all the characters that costumes and physical looks and attributes have basically remained the same: Liz Allan Ancient One Betty Brant Burglar Captain Atom Chameleon Clea Creeper Crime Master Dormammu Electro Enforcers Eternity Frederick Foswell Mac Gargan Hawk and Dove Jack O'Lantern Jackal John Jameson J. Jonah Jameson Kraven the Hunter Leader Ned Leeds Lizard Aunt May Molten Man Baron Mordo Mysterio Nightmare Doctor Octopus Harry Osborn Norman Osborn Uncle Ben Sandman Sinister Six Spencer Smythe Spider-Man Spider-Slayer Squirrel Girl Gwen Stacy Doctor Strange Flash Thompson Vulture Mary Jane Watson Just to name a few! Wow what a resume!!!!

I still think the DD Movie blew chunks. Comparing this Netflix series to that is like comparing the Batman 60's goof ball TV show to TDK! This show is very, very well written and feels more like an action/drama than just a show about a dude in costume. This Kingpin is very believable where the movie's kingpin was just a little too flamboyant / G-money to take seriously.

Wow! this is some of the best TV EVER!!!! I am only on episode 4 and I'm glad I am taking my time. It just gets better and better! What a great translation of the Miller version of the Comic! Man I wish they made movies like this...

Wow, 2 episodes in and man this is better than any DD stuff I've ever seen. Great fight scenes and solid writing I'm not sold on the acting yet but two outta three aint bad! Especially since the DD movie wanted to make me 2 sharp pencils and jab my eyes out!

usually samco throws in a freebie to try and soften the blow for the fact that the book he sent were over graded. When I first bought ebay books I used this guy once and that was all it took. I bought three books and most of them for heavily oversprayed where the insides of the book were water damaged. Needless to say that was enough.

I updated my OS and mac doesn't support powerpc applications past 10.7! I've been looking for a Microtek patch everywhere with no luck... Has anyone else had these issues? Any help would be great...

yeah, the "patch" era was a guilty pleasure for me in the service. I used to go to a grocery store in watertown each week to check to see if they were in because the closest comic book store was in 'Cuse! the other G.I.'s would rib me for reading 'dem funny books. But those late 80's wolvies were just so fun to read!

Wolverine Limited 3! Frank DESTROYED this cover! Not only is this my favorite wolverine cover. It's close to being my favorite comic cover. I hated to flip my personal copy, but when you can get a GPA high for it, it's gotta go! Luckily I just knew I could pick it up cheap somewhere else. I mean look at it, it's fine art for pete sake!...

The first collectible comic I ever bought was from Tales Resold back in 1979 in Raleigh, NC... A NM- ASM 104 for $3 with bag and board (on the back of the board was "Tales Resold and their phone number" stamped into it). I still have that same book today, it is about a 6.0 today I took care of it, but it was very loved.

Trailer looks ok... I'll wait for the reviews though... FOX created a larger comeback hurdle when they casted Johnny Storm to be played by a African American. Changing race is tricky: some times it works, like Samuel L. playing Fury and sometimes I feel like the character missed the mark like Daredevil's Kingpin... I just think if the movie is written well it could work, but if not - the change can look like a cheesy switch just to be PC or stir up controversy. (thumbs u
