    Since some people go out of the way to collect sealed comics you might get a little premium from a subset of folks. I'd either put a little aggressive BIN price up and entertain offers or go the auction route and let the market decide on the final price.

    With all the reports of comic theft wondering if it is possible to create a new forum or sub-forum in CG or elsewhere where these can be consolidated and act as a single source since these threads seem to pop up randomly in multiple sections. Think it would be a benefit to the community as a whole to have something like this. Thanks for considering.

    Can't be certain from scan but something is going on with the bottom left corner too(more visible on the BC pic). Book is still solid though. I'd give an 8.5. I don't think a 9.0 is out of the question though.
