Showed the seller and he apologized and sent full refund.

Had this delivered to me today. Bought it off ebay, shipped first class. I notified the seller have not heard back yet.

Its not an expensive book $6 shipped.

What recourse do I have through the post office if any?

I got this in a recent sales thread. Ill be reading this soon. I’ve always heard it is a great Silver Surfer story.

I bought a book on ebay last week from a seller in Texas ( I live in Missouri) and was charged $1.25 in taxes. When did this start? Ive seen taxes on in state purchases but not out of state.
