I also agree Doom could be ( should be) huge. I used to buy that book (FF5) any time I could find it under 1K regardless of grade. It hardly moved for a while so it was tough to trade the lower grade ones up to a better one. Always wanted a 7.0 but will have to hold with what I have.

I have come to the realization a Detective Run from 40-55 is not very likely to happen so offering these two back into the wild. I have owned 42 since 2014. One of my favorite Covers. This is true, the CPR game mostly caters to the label collectors. I personally will buy a book that is lower grade for the better registration or no Marvel Chipping. I just witnessed a terrible wrapped Iron Man 55 sell above GPA due to grade hustling by the seller. The Comics Code stamp at the top wasn't even fully present, I assume a newer collector got it, but when he decides to sell someone will explain to him why they don't like it, but to each his own.

Agree on the HA result with all the talk I expected it to be higher. In rarity Hulk 1 will be much harder to come by than Xmen 1. Seems like folks are holding X-Men 1 waiting for the big pop, I have been trying to buy a copy since the summer and the few showing up are getting snatched up quickly. I personally like the X-Men over Hulk but if each were available at this point I probably would grab the Hulk as it has been flat for a while.

Mr Pontoon is correct, I just got tracking Monday on a Book purchased through the exchange on the 27th.

I collect WWII covers, Okajima,War Bonds etc and was able to add several this year due to dips in prices. I will put my vote in for Daredevil 1. With everything else climbing it has room this year.

I mainly spent 2020 building up my GA collection due to the run up on nearly all the SA keys. I was planning on grabbing some extra copies of a few books and some I did not have but 2020 seemed to have an influx of gains on anything remotely close to a key.
