I wouldn't mention that on the AF15 thread... An AF15 9.2 recently sold a few months ago for 392K...so I would say both books are trending up...up and away. Is there a link to that sale or was it a private sale? If that is the case then AF15 is still king even in high grades. Personally, I think the lone 9.4 Hulk #1 would give people whiplash if it came to market. I could see it pushing $1MIL book at this point. Probably the most expensive book of all the SA!! I think it could go up to 1.25$ million.

I a few years time it will AF15's are increasing in value every year as everyone knows so will the prices for the 9.6's!!

Sounds about right. Hell no it doesn't. More like $800-$900K. Maybe even a little more. Agreed and more like 1$ million and higher!!

That will not change anything much maybe add a few extra sales at that level during a decade....at least we will know the value of a 9.6 because if none ever sell how are we suppose to know current market value on such a book. It may actually help the market.

Wow, isn't that higher than the last reported AF15 9.0 sale? Wow that is a huge sale!! Yes the last AF15 CGC 9.0 sold for 200k a few months back on ComicLink. Yeah, but what would it sell for now? This was about 2 months ago so most likely the same.

Sweet collection!! Little advise you should use cgc pro slabs when stacking cgc slabs to prevent the lower ones from cracking that is what I do and I learned the hard way (not with my key books they have always been in cgc pro slabs but with lesser expensive books).
