How is anyone supposed to "stick up for you" if no one knows there's a problem? And why bring it up months later? Maybe there should be categories... Hall of Shame - No resolution in over "insert timeframe here". Permanent member... Current Member - No resolution in over "insert timeframe here". Past a certain timeframe become a permanent Hall of Shame member. Set number of appearences on list automatically qualify for Hall of Shame membership... Probation - Resolved issue. On list for 90 days after resolution... Jim
