What is real cool is when you find one with a huge white band down the spine like this Nova and then flip it over and you can see the edge of another comic book on the back cover, then you spend a few weeks trying to figure out what the other book was that this cover was originally attached too.

I actually have a very rare early Uncanny X-Men #12 double cover. Didn't grade very high but the double cover for that book is very rare.
I have only seen one other and mine is the only double cover listed on CGC.
I have a CGC 6.5 X-Men #12 Double Cover and I have seen two more so there is at least 3 or 4 copies of that book.

One more I got this today a real nice Green Lantern #91 Double Cover with great gloss on the inner cover. I am not a huge DC comics fan and I am always looking to add to my Amazing Spider-Man Double Cover Collection so if anyone has one of similar value they would like to trade I am always open to offers.

cool list, I would include Strange Tales #101 up with the Human Torch stories some had the THING guest starring and I think one had the whole Fantastic four, also some early Marvel Team-Ups featured the Human Torch team-up with other Marvel Heroes.

I was nine when I started collecting Amazing Spider-Man in late 1975.
Ha me too, we have a lot in common I got my first Amazing Spider-Man off the stands in 1975 it was issue #151 with a cover date of Dec. 1975 and I was also nine years old then, and I was hooked on ASM. Great thread Reggie I really enjoy reading it, Thanks

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that could be considered a double cover if the outer cover shows no evidence of actually having been attached to the book.
You are wrong Square Bound books outer covers with Double Covers are almost never attached unless the inner cover has slid up or down and some of the glue gets in contact with the outer cover. I would guess the grade to be VG+ 4.5 outer cover and Fine- to Fine 5.5 to 6.0 Inner cover and I would also be interested in buying it if it is legit and we could work out a fair price as I collect these.
