  5. Just buy bulk comics off of FB marketplace, your local comic store, flea markets,,,anywhere you can buy bulk books for 50 cents-$1 each
  6. As a US seller, I ship all over the world, I'll ship anywhere if the buyer is willing to pay for it, I also use a low value on the custom forms so the buyer doesn't get hammered in fees. I can't stand when I see other US sellers put in their descriptions "US Shipping Only" They are missing out on sales that they could have had, instead they are afraid of custom forms that they can't be bothered with or are afraid since it's going to another country, the customer won't get the book or both. Shipping in fear won't get you anywhere.
  7. Some sellers list thousands and thousands of books, it's way too much work and unrealistic to scan every book that only sells for $2, Do you wanna sit there and scan 20,000 comics? Didn't think so. eBay is a lot of work. Don't like what arrived, just send it back.
  8. Could have had a pen sitting on the book and leak on the book many years ago Just cause there's ink on the book doesn't mean color touch was intended to be a color touch. Only way to know is to have it graded and see what CGC thinks.
  9. You can have people tell you how to press, temp set, length of time to press, what press to get ect... It's like when I was in printing, Most anyone can learn how to pull up a web offset heatset printing press and get it to print, but when you run into a problem, what are you gonna do to fix it? That just comes from experience and things you discover on your own like an overhang that curled over the pages, or a corner that won't straighten out, What do you do to fix it? What do you do when you've got 300 books to press? You think leaving the book in the press for 12 hours over night is gonna get it all done? Of course not. This is where "putting your time in" comes in.
  10. It's not manufacturing, Printed ink never bleeds through
  11. I had a guy message me on IG out of the blue and offer me his FF 48 8.0 W for my 3.5 . I don't know what made him think that was a fair offer.
  12. My LCS found a case of ASM 300's a few years ago from when he bought out another comic store in the 90s.
  13. They dont seem to grade 9.8 anymore, perfect book and it gets a 9.6. I think the finalizers are confusing 9.8 with a 10 Something is defiantly going on with the lack of 9.8s these days
