  1. It's the fold that's off, then the top, bottom and sides are trimmed. You guys are using the word registration wrong since it has nothing to do with the fold.
  2. Picked this up yesterday, Been wanting this for a few years now. Once I saw it I had to get it. I'll post a better scan later
  3. Registration doesn't mean an off centered wrap, it means if the 4 colors are aligned or not. Picture for reference, left side is out of register, right side is in register
  4. I also can't see why it's a 9.6, Modern graders have been brutal
  5. Just got in about 4 or 5 slabs that don't have the page quality noted on the label....I blame Inspector #5
  6. the turnaround time would be an estimated 109 business days for pressing, and an additional 20 business days for modern grading
  7. Dry cleaning is mainly for dirt and pencil marks, you can't remove stains without chemicals if you want a blue label
  8. The T has a slight curve on the real one, the Spawn 8 signature has the T straight across, looks like both signatures on the Spawn 8 looks fake
  9. I just write back to them and tell them i'm not running a 65% off sale
  10. Just picked this up, hopefully I can find an upgrade
  11. Spider-Man was the best one of Phase 4 I've skipped these with no plans to see them Shang-Chi Eternals Ms Marvel Black Panther 2 (I'll wait for Disney+) What if
  12. Ok so a guy dressed up as a Bat trying to fight 2 guys with swords is realistic but the reflection isn't?
  13. If anyone is curious, The yellow stripe in the upper right hand side is due to a cracked printing plate (Red Plate- Red and Yellow makes Orange) If the printing plate isn't sitting properly on the plate cylinder cause it was put on incorrectly, eventually as the press run, the plate will crack and a piece will fly off as it did here, they are only made of thin aluminum. Then when copies get out the door, people that don't know any better, pay thousands for them
  14. Both CEOs are woke, so the Marvel movies aren't gonna improve anytime soon
  15. I use boxes that are 16 X 12 X 4, I use 40# kraft paper from a roll as filler.
  16. This post belongs in the "Ask CGC section or you could just call them.
  17. Not much there in terms of comics The promotor schedules the show over a holiday weekend cause the venue is cheaper then, he always has an after party which is why he puts on the show, so he can party No it's not worth going to.
  18. He can threaten all the lawsuits he wants, he doesn't have a case
  19. I have a buddy of mine that does that, looks through box after box to try and turn $2 into $20. I don't have that kind of patience for that. I do have a lot of patience, but not for that.
  20. Once Marvel starts making X-Men movies, Hulk 181's will go higher, 9.8's still haven't peaked yet
  21. I know that unwitnessed signed comics will end up getting a Q green label. However, Green labels are typically meant for books with a major defect such as a coupon cut out, page missing, married covers ect... I think what would be a better idea is to put those unwitnessed signed books into blue labels with a notation of "Unwitnessed signature on Cover" on the label instead. It's just a unwitnessed signature and shouldn't be considered a major defect if that were true, then we would have green & yellow labels.
