  1. Heard Andrew Garfield or Joseph Gordon-Levitt are being eyed for Moon Knight. Might be time to jump on an affordable 32-33.
  2. Big thanks for letting us know about this seller! I am wondering what else you have done about this matter. If the art wasn't created by the artist Finch and it was sold as an original by the Finch art isn't this art fraud? Isn't Art Fraud a crime, even Art fraud sold on eBay and Mail by Fedex or USPS. I am not a lawyer so if my question is stupid or simple I am sorry, but why have you not pressed charges? After going to eBay and here, have you call the FBI art fraud department? It might take awhile but this is a traditional way of handling an Art crime like this, they will also look at autograph fraud as well. They have more tools to track the "art" to the original artist and stopping this from happing again. If the eBay seller is the artist or just selling fraud art the job will be easy for them. The seller might be "caught" just flipping a piece that he bought from someone else and the professional art fraud department of the FBI will follow this too. Again I am not a Lawyer or FBI agent, but I am interested in stopping this stuff from happing.
  3. The books look great but have they gone up in value ? #2 I think has the first Origin of Shang Chi.
  4. Sorry to hear this, hope for the best outcome. We all think our comics are easy to "cash in" but sadly often at lower than expected prices. Wish you the best.
  5. Didn't Miller and Janson charge to sign this book at a higher cost than you are selling it for and if so why are you selling it so low? Confused by this? Hope the question isn't rude, its not meant to be.
  6. If you look outside of our narrow view on value (comic collecting fandom) a signature on a book (which comics are) increases value to collectors over time example Twain's signature or J.K.Rowling's. Some of us might not like them but they do increase value. The real question is how much? I feel that it is all based on time, how long ago the book was published and if the person signing is still around or signing. I have a verified Conan #1 signed by Barry Smith, I know his signature on the inside increased the value and I feel most on this site would agree. How much, I do not know, only listing it will tell me.
  7. Don't forget CGC, CSS, shipping and other fees less common like facilitator, your time getting the signature and show costs. So it is a real gray area.
  8. I have a few nice Ms.Marvels 1 that I missed the spike cause I waited. But I sold a Marvel Super 13 at my wanted price cause I listed it high and let it sit. Eventually the market hit my price and it sold. It resisted a few time but it was going to sit anyway. I might do it that way with some high grade Eternals. My question is will books like Ms.Marvel 1 spike as high when movie number 2 kicks into gear, or has the window gone and it will only be a slow rise?
  9. Marvel owns Shang-Chi, Fu Man Chu they don't own. The Mandarin is rumored to be exchanged for Fu Man Chu because of this issue.
  10. I sold 5 copies of #5, I think the movie speculation is kicking into high gear.
  11. When was this movie announced and where? A buddy movie might work but a smarter move I feel is if you open it up with more of a space opera like Star Wars or Guardians. Still if it is happening then I feel 87 would shoot up in value quickly. Stewart is a major player cause of the cartoons.
  12. Get there early. The first day of the Niagara falls show I was a little late and missed out. I brought my grown son with me the next day and got there very early and still wasn't one of the first signings.
  13. Looking at the Kirby, Ditko and early Romita Daredevil my guess is that you are over 60? Good thing your not in your thirties
  14. Jae did a few others too. His Conan is truly barbaric as Conan should be. A great Chewbacca and this killer Power man signed by "AKA Luke Cage" Mike Colter
  15. I just got back a bunch of fantastic Jae Lee Celebrity signed books. All the art was done at Big Apple con earlier this year.
  16. It's missing something? Maybe a pressing would help?
  17. I was just talking to a dealer/friend who I was surprised said the sales were up this year. He felt there was less people but the people were buying more cause they weren't fighting the crowds and feeling rushed. Interesting to me, not what I expected.
  18. There is no shortage of great food in the area, P.M. me when you are coming and I'll make a list for you.
  19. Try Gabriel's Gate as well. Wings are killer and near to the conversion center. Duff's are good too, but in the Suburbs.
