  1. Just got this. May have paid too much..don’t really care. This one has been a grail since I saw it as a kid in an OPG. One finally came along in a range that I could afford and it isn’t a book I see at auction very often. I will send it off next week for restoration check. It has some amateur? Tear seals and maybe more. I guess we will see. It it is just tear seals done with tape or child’s paste is that restoration, conservation, or just in the notes? There does seem to be some inconsistencies in this, or it is a subtle difference that I am overlooking.
  2. It has to be a ton of work to run a thread as big as this one that was as well organized. I really do appreciate it. It was a great time!
  3. 6.0 but with potential of a 7.0 depending on how well the back cover cleans up. Nice book.
  4. Half of you guys could tap out due to lack of funds or good sense and I would still finish third or so on most of the chaos. But it is still fun to watch and try occasionally.
  5. I guess this is first magazine. Bugged my dad about it until he broke down and bought it at Barley’s 7/11 in Childress Texas. This is that copy.
  6. Didn't the last MCU film (Avengers Endgame) do exactly that? Not trying to be argumentative just it seems they play pretty fast and loose with the living and dying.
  7. I remember it pretty vividly. I had watched Batman (reruns of the 60's show) at my cousins house and this was for sale at the grocery store and I couldn't believe that they had killed Batman! I was a pretty gullible 8 year old.
  8. Found this one in a comic shop that I frequent a few times a year. Someone added a couple of staples and some of the pages are a little flakey on the edge but I think it displays fairly well for its technical grade and it is one (IMHO) oF the really classic crime covers of the GA.
