  1. They did. Check out Jughead 1 & Jughead 69, Archie 43 & Laugh 50. I'm sure there must be many more. These images are from MyComicShop.com
  2. Congratulations William! That Archie 56 was the deal of the month.
  3. Beautiful books. That ASM 31 looks especially nice for the grade.
  4. I'd love to hear how you found these collectibles. I can't even find a Dark Horse Betty Cooper statue.
  5. Welcome to the boards, Samantha! You have an amazing collection. Please post some of your favorite treasures.
  6. I literally laughed out loud when I saw the Jughead #11 cover. Had to get the 'twin' too, Jughead #66. Sorry for the blurry pics - my wife took her IPhone when she left. No, not forever.
  7. Great books! I picked this up recently. Jughead 46 Australian edition. Didn't want to derail the thread, but gadzukes started it...
  8. I need to find 11 reputable boardies to share the cost. Each of us can keep it for a month every year.
  9. I totally agree. It's nicer than my copy.
  10. The CGC census lists a 1951 Canadian version of #64. https://www.cgccomics.com/census/grades_standard.asp?title=Boy+Comics&issue=64&publisher=Super+Publications&year=1951&issuedate=1951
  11. I've seen CGC 4.0's with more cumulative paper loss than that. And more wear. Some graders allow a missing piece the size of a postage stamp in the VG range, but this is not universally followed. Although CGC seems to be pretty lenient on this.
  12. I'm at 4.5, the edges are very nice, spine looks good, very little creasing. Lovely book!
  13. It's Wilbur 45. One on Ebay with a photo of the splash page. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wilbur-45-Oct-1952-Golden-Age-Archie-Comics-ID-22677/153004626604?hash=item239fc952ac:g:ngwAAOSw75xa6F15
  14. I've been trying to help. Love a good mystery. I checked all of the obvious places to look, even did a Google image search of the photo. Google said that it is obviously a comic book. If the Wilbur sellers on Ebay would include a few scans of the inside pages...
  15. Don't apologize, Rick. Just keep posting.
  16. Could be minor ink staining, not from the printer.
  17. That ASM 12 is sweet. One of my favorite Spidey stories and a great cover, too.
  18. I think it has been changed again. It used to have the option to search a forum or a particular thread. Now there are so many parameters to set that it is unusable.
  19. Well, the weather is getting better. I just might make it to the Motor City Comic Con this month.
