  1. He wouldn't be Superman, then. I mean, there are legitimate reasons not to care for him, but this ain't one.
  2. There's no "absent" blue color from that bottom-left area. Looks faded to me.
  3. Receiving a "9.8" damaged in-transit is not the same as fraud. I have to agree with @BaronSamedi here. It's not fraud. 1 9.8 should be unrecognizable from another 9.8 (extreme circumstances, like centering, notwithstanding).
  4. 8.5+ with a press, even though I can't see the back cover...
  5. might* Without that first cover it's a 5.0+ without question IMO. Both covers, maybe a 3.5 IMO.
  6. Can you give us some non-glare images? We may be able to spot the defect(s).
  7. Yes, unless otherwise requested. If you request a Universal label for the signature, then the graders would approach it as a defect rather than a "name written".
  8. Safe > sorry. I thought that maybe you were gonna add grades, or prices paid, on the backs of your boards. Paper/excel is always better for that, anyways, IMO.
  9. As I mentioned, though, I experienced the same thing with an SS book. Not a Batman Damned (which was my other example). It happens, and I haven't been screwed (yet). It's possible that they uploaded the duplicate image by accident. I didn't even think of that until right now. I do prefer sellers that pay attention to the details, but, as long as you're getting what you pay for...
