Yes. I've mainly seen it happen with "pre-orders". A guy will send in 100 Batman Damned #1s and know he's gonna get a boatload of 9.8s, he has an image of a CGC'd 9.8, and just churns them out. Otherwise, I have bought SS books before, and then the seller throws the same image back up. First time, I was really concerned with its authenticity, but everything was copacetic. I don't like the laziness, but I haven't been screwed (yet).

Copy A: 9.0ish IMO. Copy B: 9.0ish IMO. Copy C: 7.5 IMO. Copy B seems to appear best to me.

I simply meant "mislead" as "mislead by hype and advertising". Captain Marvel was advertised as integral to Endgame and something 'new'. The Last Jedi was advertised as something that didn't suck donkey d^&*.

Unless I'm missing something - copies A, B, and C all look to be in the 9.0 range. Copy D looks like an 8.5 IMO. Copy A could be a 9.4.

They didn't blow CM like Lucasfilm blew TLJ, but, we were still mislead either way.

I blame the fans for not listening to the fans. Lucasfilm blew TLJ without question. That movie deserved to suffer. Solo already suffered from it. I get why fans don't wanna give LF their money, but they're ultimately punishing themselves. The MCU blew Captain Marvel. Didn't stop me from throwing my money at Endgame.

Yeah, but expanding on current characters has been Marvel's bread and butter. Giving Wong (or Maximoff) a bigger role would do the MCU more favors than introducing someone else. It's why their villains suck, too. Cookie-cutter and no depth. I take "madness" to mean "chaotic". Scarlet Witch provides that element alone. I thought that this movie might be the highlight of Phase 4, but things are looking bleak.

Okay, I'll calm my teets. However, Doctor Strange already has the Witch and Wong, and presumably returning characters like Mordo and Dormammu. If she's simply kinda introduced, that'll be keen. These things are just blowing up, though. I kinda hate it. Civil War kinda sucked, too. Not a 'good' point of reference for me.

I would charge more at a show for the inconvenience of having to talk to people face-to-face. "Why is this $25 more than on your eBay store?" "Because some jabroni who smelled like elderberries was here for 5 minutes talking to me about his grandma."

7.5 isn't an unreasonable grade. I would say closer to 7.0 IMO.

Don't "invest" in comics. 7.0ish IMO.

Yup. I thought that, after the 'good' reception of audiences, they'd be willing to see for themselves. The Emperor has turned them all to the Dark Side with their hatred, and they will surrender $0 to this film's success. Oh well. They're missing out on that musical experience the theater has to offer that your home theater will never match. It was truly fun.

Jeez. Just keep over-cramming these films with characters, why don't'cha? No wonder Derrickson left.

I thought Banner falling onto the Bifrost Bridge was too far in the serious-turned-joke department, but almost everything post-title was fantastic.

These tabs will have nothing to do with the comic/product value. They either are there or they aren't. Usually just to assist if a comic needs 'help' staying in place within the case.
