  1. Thank you! Here are scans of five more then: Northland copy
  2. Here are scans from my collection of some seldom seen Harvey Warfront comics: I love the cover references to Red lice!
  3. Wow! I'd never even heard of Crazy!
  4. To say that kitties like this one are "unexpected" is understating the case:
  5. Wow! Sweet copy! I have only the #2: Plus the Aurora model kit: And the Aladdin lunch box:
  6. Three of my Fox and the Crow comics:
  7. Too kinky for me. I'm much more conventional. A nice unhurried interlude with a lithesome lass in a clean bed is the sum total of my own fantasy quotient.
  8. High grade DC war from '64! Splendid, simply splendid.
  9. Yes. A terrible thing to be sure.... Incidentally, does anyone know what happened to Stevenrams or Bomber-Bob? They were very regular participants here for years but they've not logged onto this board since March 2017 and May 2020 respectively.
  10. Fourteen of my twenty Herbie comics are from the Northland collection including these: NM- NM VF+ NM NM-
  11. Four more of my Tales of the Unexpected: It's those raging hormones methinks. Northland copy
  12. Space Ranger had kitty problems on the odd occasion as well: Methinks it was those raging hormones of Myra's.
  13. That could well be the case. I don't think they were getting rich working as the editors of Comics Buyer's Guide. And as comic fans it would have been much less painful for them to sell two or three of those "key" issues fetching seemingly extreme prices than it would have been selling dozens or even hundreds of other comics.
  14. Six more of my Batman comics:
  15. Bat-Hound is another very heroic doggy:
  16. Something else that surprises me is how few of the "key" issues legendary comic fandom pioneers Don and Maggie Thompson had. No Flash 105, no Showcase 4, 8, 13, 22 or even 34, no Brave and the Bold 28 or even 34, no Fantastic Four 1 and 2, no Amazing Fantasy 15 and no Amazing Spider-Man 1. I thought they were very early collectors of Silver Age comics but pre-1962 I see only Green Lantern 1 and Flash 123.
  17. Cool! I was hoping somebody would post a Streak the Wonder Dog cover.
  18. Captain Boomerang already has a deep fan base in Australia but merits celebration in this thread as well:
