    Yep! Movie was decent - Ewan McGregor was the star. Very dark. The book is great, but aalso tough read as it's a stream-of-consciousness style from a (mostly) Scottish perspective. And also very dark of course.

    Me too! It's my second copy, it was a last-minute impulse bid and I ended up winning; I was sure I'd get outbid, but I'm cool with it! I have a graded 2nd print as well, just a 9.2 but I lucked into it for fairly inexpensively. Keeping my eye out for a lucky cheap 3rd print now...

    The Boys is an interesting one - because I really like the show and think it's well done, but it doesn't really seem like it's done a ton to boost value in the books that much...
