  1. Jim, thats seriously impressive! Well I hope you post a scan of the book in your thread when you get the #35, that will be a serious gem added to the collection of already great books. (thumbs u :golfclap:
  2. Nice, very nice. Probably the most under rated series of books around. TTA #59 came out at the same time as FF#30, X-men #7, Avengers #8, JIM #108, Strange Tales #124, Tales of Suspence #57. Placing it squarely in the early days of Marvel SA.
  3. Bold and brave Jim, to borrow a phrase. How is the 27-58 portion coming along??
  4. Great books! Are you on the registry with all of those?? Oh ya, who here goes for the 59-101 Hulk TTA's, over the full 27-101 Ant-man/Hulk/Subby set? A raise of hands please...
  5. ...not to be the devils advocate, but wouldn't that be a Sgt Fury #38 with a DD #16 cover attached
  6. killa book, and a tough one to locate in grade for some reason. Well done! (thumbs u
  7. :o :o :o :o :o :o :o .....so what are we all about
  8. Red, it has been always something that I initially was perplexed about when I moved into the more high end of comic collecting. The fact that dealer's could quite happily claim pedigree status of a given HG book, and none of general buyer's could say otherwise. But the fact that it would be realtively easy to do...(in some ways, for little known dealers), that may explain as to why largely, it does not happen. To claim pedigree status of a book, once discovered otherwise, would completely destroy a dealers reputation. Something Heritage has woefully underestimated perhaps.
  9. Red, sweeet pick-up, one of the more interesting covers in that era of TTA covers. (thumbs u
  10. Gauntlet... thrown... down .... but me thinks Red can beat that The GR home.
  11. Hey, Doc, is that your actual photo in your avatar? If it isn't, and it's some semi famous American...you'll have to forgive my ignorance.
  12. Sweet book, and ok, no this time. What keeps it as a 7.5, it looks much higher from the scan
