If we're paying 1000 dollars for a submission, it would be nice to receive a little foam treatment - go a little crazy, be a little luxurious.
They're working on it....

These are the only ones I can find on ebay with a quick search. I couldn't find any recently sold at a quick glance.

Hello.
I have submitted 50 cards to get graded. They have not been graded yet but I do not have that card anymore I placed the order under. How do I switch the card information for my tcg order? Thanks

so can we actually get some sort of explanation from someone at CGC for this? I’ve gotten these back in the same submission about a week or so ago. The frustration with this is beyond belief. How the HELL are these both 8.5 centering? Not only does this bring the value of the cards down, but it’s honestly disheartening.
and this is just the centering… we won’t even talk about how terrible the backside edges of the alakazam look..
Let's see the back sides

FYI to anyone who has this same issue, spoke with CGC folks and they directed me to use the new Mechanical Error submission on the new form. So just send them back that way instead of waiting a day or two for CGC to get back to you.
It took almost 3 months to get back my 1 slab with a labeling error....

I see that the status of my order is that my cards have been shipped back. But I don't see anywhere that shows the return tracking number so I can keep watch on my cards and see exactly WHEN they will make it back. Does CGC provide return tracking info or am I out of luck???
You should get a email with your tracking number. Also, most of the time you can get the tracking number from the status page by clicking "shipped". But sometime CGC doesn't update tracking to that status page.

Does anyone know when and if CGC will start grading Marvel and DC trading cards?
They are still working on getting Yugioh and video games Grading started let alone a population report.............

Thats an insane turnaround. I'm still waiting on my 3/23 return to actually make it back.
Hard to believe the first in first out motto they talk about when you keep seeing stuff like this.....

8 Items, Standard grading, no subgrades:
Mailed: 4/26/2021
"Received" (as in, they scanned in the box finally): 7/20/2021
Service: TCG - STANDARD
Status: Grading/Quality Control
Saw some activity on my credit card/Paypal finally.
Stings a bit seeing others Standard or Economy getting sent in, graded and sent back before mine have even finished grading. Didn't help with my box sitting for almost 3 months during the backlog before opened. I realize my submission was at the height of the backlog. Seems to have gotten a lot better. Just being patient
You should of had that sub back months ago wow....

You can click on the double arrows on the navigation bar and jump straight to the end and that will be the current. If you don’t have what you’re looking for there, you could post this question in that spot and you’ll get an answer real quick from one of the people who are always on that board.
Also this helps too....

Okay. Wow. So the $100 USPS option is the only way of them coming back to Canada outside of these authorized dealers? Or am I missing something?Because they’re all 1 1/2 hours at least away.. $100 USD is huge. It would cost a fraction of that to ship.
Your not missing anything. It is what it is....

This is for the people (like me) that has to send slabs back to be fixed due to CGC errors.
Shipped to CGC: 8/9
Received: 8/31/21Items: 1Declared Value: 100Service: TCG - MECHANICAL ERRORStatus: shippedShipped: 9/28/21So I just found out that CGC never took new pictures of the slab with the corrected label. They want me to send it BACK in for a third time so they can get new images. They will not removed the old outdated photos. Can't believe how much extra money they are willing to spend on shipping for something so silly.
I know it doesn't make since for CGC to accept new photos of the slab from me. At less they could do is remove the old photos, but they will not for whatever reason?..... I will not be sending this in for a third time due to CGC mistake.... it really sucks they keep dropping the ball with these issues and they still ship slabs with that poor crappy paper insert

CGC does not grade or encapsulate square cut Pokemon cards yet last I heard. Plus these look to be cut from a sheet.

Thank you Paul,
I just called and spoke with accounting. I still owed 25$ apparently. Never got any type of bill or anything so not too sure what it is from but now I should see my cards move through the system?
They will probably ship in 3 to 5 days now. That has been my experience so far dealing with "accounting issues."

Bulk + Econ (no subs) sent in same box
Delivered: 4/29
Showed as received as of 6/29
7/29 scheduled for grading, and the received date now says 7/29 for both (assuming from when they switched the system and "bumped" everyone)
Econ > G/E/I on 9/12, into Grading/QC on 10/1
Bulk still collecting dust in SFG. I haven't been charged for anything yet.If I was you, I would call and talk to accounting and pre pay for those two subs. The 2 times I had my subs go into grading/qc there was always some accounting issue bs and they never contacted me about it until I called them....
Pre pay

UPDATE
Delivered - 2/26
Received - 3/15
SFG - 7/9
GEI - 9/1
Grading/QC - 9/28
Shipped - 9/30: 7-card no subs
“Shipped” - 10/1: 52-card w/ subs
Safe to assume they’ll be shipped out next week as there’s no tracking yet (on top of previous subs being marked as shipped before they’re actually physically shipped). Anyone know why tf things always get shipped out towards the end of the week? Also, hopefully the economy orders received before my bulk get compensated for their troubles.
TAT - 31 weeks (and counting)
If it says shipped on the status page then they shipped. I've had 2 subs in the last month ship with no link. I received a email the night of them shipping with the tracking number.

Not yet but its the same card thats been used for about 6 submissions this year and no issues.
Ive emailed them to see whats going on.
Sounds about right. I'll put money on it that it's an issue and the email will ask you to call them and select accounting. They will take payment and it will ship in like 5-7 business days.
I have no idea why they wouldn't call or send a email out when this "accounting issue" thing happens to people...
Good luck

Soon as my sub moves from "scheduled for grading" I'm calling and pre-paying hoping for no hiccups. This might be good practice to work around the "accounting issues" and them holding subs longer then expected.. good luck to you.
