I've heard CGC is starting to grade Video Games, which is slightly disappointing since we still could benefit from Pokemon Jumbo Cards (25th Anniversary) and Yugioh Cards
TOPPS cards, square cut cards, the list goes on with pokemon really...

Hey Paul, any update on my order? 2/12 Econ still in G/E/I, and I've called several times, pretty sure there's no accounting hold there as I paid ahead of time.
Looks like they lost your submission because that sub should of been back to you forever ago.
You better start asking them to pay you out on your Declared value or you'll definitely be out everything...

What pisses me off is that if there is an accounting issue with a submission then why tf won't accounting call us or send out a email saying there is a problem? More bad customer service if you ask me....

I chose USPS and they did the same thing. I think all services are messing up right now unfortunately
USPS has been jacked up in my area for 2 years now ever since the "pandemic" started. I'll drop packages off at my local Post office and they won't be entered into the system up to like 2-3 days....

Was reading multiple comment about when your sub is in Grading/Quality Control it's because you need to call them, is it True ? Or it's the normal processus of grading? Because my sub Just switch from G/E/I to G/QC and the kther one switch to QC/Finalized, so I was wondering if it's normal.
I've paid in advance for both sub so it's not a payment issue.
You should be good to go. Just a waiting game now

At this point I understand CGC is swamped like all other top Grading companies trying to get subs shipped back etc. But what doesn't sit right with me is them lying to me about everything. I was told after I made a payment on one of my submissions through accounting that it would ship out with in 48 hours last week. That was 6 days ago.
I was also told it would only take 14 days for them to fix a labeling error on one slab and have it shipped back to me. I shipped the slab to CGC on 8/9. Still no movement or information on wtf is going on. Just complete lie after lie and misinformation. If you plan on submitting to CGC just don't. At this point it's not worth the time, money or health problems you develop from stressing out over your cards. I had to go to the hospital once already do to a panic attack caused by CGC TAT and customer service people lying to me. I'm on meds now too.... Thanks CGC 👍

Does anyone else that check these forums have slabs they had to send back to CGC to be fixed/reslabbed? If so how long have they been sitting at CGC? I sent ONE slab back to CGC with a labeling error to be fixed. Was told it would be 14 day TAT and here we are coming up on about 2 months later with no progress.....
Any insight would be helpful. Thanks

@PaulS. here is more proof that the cardboard insert used for shipping is straight trash and does NOT protect the slabs in shipping. I do not want my slabs sent back in this matter.. what can we do to change this??

Unless they are going to turn around reholdering in a week I wouldn't trust CGC to ever sent them back especially at this rate they will quote him a week turnaround and it'll be 4 years.
I sent a slab back in over a month ago now to be re slabbed due to a labeling error and it's still just sitting there not moving... I called on Monday and they said (like with everything else) they'll get to it asap..... what the flub....

tbf it does say estimated. Dont get me wrong, I'm just as frustrated. I'm just sayin
I totally understand that. But when a standard sub of mine had a 45 TAT and I didn't get it back till around 170 business days, I'd hardly call that an estimate but a wild guess

You guys should check the estimated turn around times on bulk and economy every day. How much they can and do change every week if not daily is quite interesting. Last I knew economy was over 200 days, now it is at 166 and bulk is at 210. It changes constantly and by quite a bit usually.
If my economy sub shows up today it would be 166 days TAT and should not change at all with influx of the TAT let's say 2 weeks from now where it may jump up too 220 days which should not apply to my submission. If that's what you're getting at..
"Turnaround times reflect the estimated number of working days to complete a submission delivered to our facility today."

my 5 card standard submission just went from QC/Finalized to Grading/QC, and I haven't been charged yet. Is there a problem? Should I call them?
I would just to stay on top of CGC...

That’s not accurate, I have an economy order sitting in QC that’s already paid for and the bulk from same order is at my house. This economy order has been in QC for 3 days now.
Key word used, usually... Sorry that I and others had different experiences then you. Doesn't mean it isn't accurate.

Have they taken payment for the submissions? If not you might have a "accounting issue" for whatever reason. I've delt with it twice so far
