Well, the status' are a bit of a mess rn.

    I have 5 orders live - Standard/Econ delivered 12 August, Standard/Econ delivered 19 August and a Bulk from 29 April.

Both of my Standard orders have been sitting in Grading/QC for 5 weeks. My 12 August Economy went to Grading/QC to Quality Control/Finalized for 3 days then moved back to Grading/QC. All 4 of my Standard/Econs are now at Grading/QC.

I am in a discord with people who are submitting very regularly and I know that there are people with several subs that were delivered around the same date as mines, that had their subs sit in Grading/QC for 1-2 days (moved to that status the same day as mines) meanwhile my ones have been sitting for 4/5 weeks respectively on the Standards.

I have no idea what CGC are doing right now and I have emailed to query but no response.

Have they taken payment for the submissions? If not you might have a "accounting issue" for whatever reason. I've delt with it twice so far

Hey Paul, any update on my order?  2/12 Econ still in G/E/I, and I've called several times, pretty sure there's no accounting hold there as I paid ahead of time.

Looks like they lost your submission because that sub should of been back to you forever ago.

You better start asking them to pay you out on your Declared value or you'll definitely be out everything...

Was reading multiple comment about when your sub is in Grading/Quality Control it's because you need to call them, is it True ? Or it's the normal processus of grading? Because my sub Just switch from G/E/I to G/QC and the kther one switch to QC/Finalized, so I was wondering if it's normal.

I've paid in advance for both sub so it's not a payment issue.

You should be good to go. Just a waiting game now

  4.      At this point I understand CGC is swamped like all other top Grading companies trying to get subs shipped back etc. But what doesn't sit right with me is them lying to me about everything. I was told after I made a payment on one of my submissions through accounting that it would ship out with in 48 hours last week. That was 6 days ago.

I was also told it would only take 14 days for them to fix a labeling error on one slab and have it shipped back to me. I shipped the slab to CGC on 8/9. Still no movement or information on wtf is going on. Just complete lie after lie and misinformation. If you plan on submitting to CGC just don't. At this point it's not worth the time, money or health problems you develop from stressing out over your cards. I had to go to the hospital once already do to a panic attack caused by CGC TAT and customer service people lying to me. I'm on meds now too.... Thanks CGC 👍

Unless they are going to turn around reholdering in a week I wouldn't trust CGC to ever sent them back especially at this rate they will quote him a week turnaround and it'll be 4 years.

I sent a slab back in over a month ago now to be re slabbed due to a labeling error and it's still just sitting there not moving... I called on Monday and they said (like with everything else) they'll get to it asap..... what the flub....

You guys should check the estimated turn around times on bulk and economy every day. How much they can and do change every week if not daily is quite interesting. Last I knew economy was over 200 days, now it is at 166 and bulk is at 210. It changes constantly and by quite a bit usually.

If my economy sub shows up today it would be 166 days TAT and should not change at all with influx of the TAT let's say 2 weeks from now where it may jump up too 220 days which should not apply to my submission. If that's what you're getting at..

"Turnaround times reflect the estimated number of working days to complete a submission delivered to our facility today."
