That's not your call to make. You cannot just remove yourself, acting all on your own, any more than I can add someone, acting all on my own. Things don't happen in a vacuum. If you feel you should not be included, then perhaps we can discuss the reasons why you feel that way. It is completely inappropriate for any person on the list to take themself off the list. You're way out of line here and If you truly want to be a positive member of this forum, this is not the way to do it. Apologies if you feel this is not appropriate but I don't know who added me on to begin with. I don't like to be included in such a the list when I have not done anything wrong. If you have concrete evidence (not an opinion) that I should be on this list then go ahead but until then I am off and never should have been on. Have a nice day. My high school classmate under twistty bought a avengers 1 raw from me which was never cgc graded. 3years later I saw him in a gym where I play basketball and he started getting violent .He claimed the book was restored so I was threatened -I had no choice but to refund him $400 even though the book was never graded. I did not want to engage in violence-in fact I could have called police. So I thought that was end of it according to him as he thought we reached and agreed on a settlement (I was of the opinion I was threatened and robbed) -that should have been the end of it then there was trash talk about me from him on the boards the very next day etc I believe I was put on probe list for that transaction. I have always paid for everything I bought and always delivered when sold. I never deal in raw books again. Thats the whole story for re-assurance. So I am not to included in this probie list. So did he keep the book or was it returned to you when you gave him the $400?

For you Amazing Spider-Man enthusiasts, believe it or not I just started posting a bunch of my ASM slabs in my current sales thread in Golden/Silver/Bronze.

After waiting for over a year, I finally got the doctors at OU Medical Center to agree I need to have my thyroid gland removed. But I can't get the surgery scheduled until I raise some more money (I still don't have any health insurance). I'll explain all of the details in the initial post of my Shark's Surgery Sale #2 when I start it later today.

I've finally made the big decision to get out of comic collecting completely. Every frigging comic I own (about 50,000 60,000 of them) are now up for grabs. Slabs or raw, high grade to low grade, Aardvark-Vanaheim to Zenescope...I want 'em all gone. First $250k takes 'em all.

Should be easy enough to compare with the scans from Heritage. The scan was coveniently taken down as soon as I made my order and before I even got the book. I've emailed them about this 2 weeks ago and this was all they would say about it. It's not so much the money, it's just that this was a pedigree'd book and it can never be replaced. I'm just surprised they never bothered to even casually look it over the before they sent it to me. So much for "verifying that it's the same item" that that was on the site. Try contacting Steve Borock with Heritage Auctions. Maybe that will help.

I won't send anything in to CGC any more unless I can justify paying for Fast Track. Who wants to have hundreds or even thousands of dollars tied up at CGC for 2 months for Moderns and 4 months for everything else? CGC is suffering from growing pains and needs to try to do something to improve turnaround times.

Received 5 slabs in today's mail that were well packaged. Good thing they were because the bottom of the box was mangled during shipment. Nice deal and great packing job as always! My man Rupp!
