To press or not to press, that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune by disclosing, Or to take Arms against a Sea of troubled boardies, And by opposing, end their incessant griping:

My comic room is my office, so I'm surrounded by my stuff. Between meetings I will go to the spinner and pick up a book and experience it - I look at the story, the advertisement, the texture and smell, and sometimes I'll Google some of the stores that are advertised. 9 times out of 10 they are not there but I'm surprised when I find it. And yes, it's great to share your experience...my wife is supportive (which is awesome!) and my kids were there to experience some of my experiences too - here's my daughter with a book Steve Borock had brought to the convention many years ago.

Nope. Never. Not a chance. -
Back in 2007, (damn, that's 14 years ago!) Fallen Son: The Death of Captain America #3 had the interiors of issue #4 - dealers received that in their preview stack from Diamond. There were about 1,000 of these produced. Here's a list of interesting errors that are known... https://recalledcomics.com/FallenSonTheDeathOfCaptainAmerica4Error.php

The more I get into Wandavision, the more this has become more and more relevant. This is ultimately filled with a lot of insight into this series and into the future of the character.

It is so sad that Spidey grew up with a vitamin D deficiency that caused rickets on his right leg. That is one thing that this pose always has bothered me.

JazzMan replied to Jordysnordy's topic in Comics General
I just read this from Instagram... fairwaycomicsncollectibles It is with a heavy heart that I share with you the passing of Steven Graff Levine this morning at 8:50 AM PST. He took his final breath, in his bed, surrounded by his wife and dear friend of over 40 years. While this loss is incredibly painful it brings comfort to know that he is at rest and that his pain and struggles are over. His wife and daughter are so grateful and appreciative of all the outpouring of love & support this community has shown. THANK YOU #igcomicbookcommunity .. and for all of you that have helped Steve on his journey THANK YOU 🙏🏻 .. whether you sold Steve a book, helped him press one (or a few), or just wished him well, You guys are the best‼️ ❤️ Steve, it’s been an honor & privilege getting to know you and work with you on your collection these past few years. You will always be my dear friend and my brother. Thank you for the memories. I will miss you deeply. As you swing away, off into the sunset, your website will live on as a tribute to your passion for collecting and the memories we’ve forged will be forever etched in our hearts.
