For those who haven't figured it out, these are all of the Punisher appearances of which I'm aware that lead up to the Limited Series.

I realize that ASM#134 &161 are just cameos, but I'd like to include them. I, however, don't think the flashback appearance in ASM#181 should be included. I know this is a little unorthodox, but I'd very much like to see it.
