He must have been bad then.

This thread needed a bump to the front.

 

Word is Mr. Moore has finally registered Comics4kids as a corporation in Washington State again.

 

He is also soliciting for support and funds again (not on this board, yet).

 

So we need to bring up this discussion again to see if any progress has been made on registering this organization as an actual recoginzed 501©-3 charity and if Dale is prepared to answer the questions as to what has been donated to him over the years, donated during the time that comics4kids was not a legal entity and where all those books and cash went to, in specific detail.

 

Here's your platform. The stage is yours Dale.

While we're all piling on poor Dale here, maybe he can explain the circumstances that resulted him from being removed/fired from his job in the Quality Control Department at CGC?

 

Could it be recording confidential client information regarding certain submissions of certain big books such as Action 1, Detective 1 and 27?

 

He must remember the probably alcohol induced posting of the grades, certificate number, and submitter of those books one night in the Gold Forum back in the day?

 

I still have the list saved up.

 

I remember how concerned that Borock and Litch were about it when I informed Litch about it via PM which resulted in me explaining the situation via a phone call. Borock said that he was going to have a little chat with him at the then upcoming Emerald City Comic Con.

 

Yeah, we should trust this guy. :facepalm:

 

 

 

This needs a bump too. Perhaps a chance for refutation from Dale?

Yes, he's in the grading area. So he's on the boards and we still don't have the promised information about donations taken in, and who these books were given to, in specifics.

 

He promised to answer all questions. Those questions center around why the IRS still has not recognized this organization as a charity, if all paperwork was filed with the IRS, when the paper work was filed with them, and why donation letters were being given to people ostensibly for deduction purposes when those letters are worthless, etc.

 

Which hospitals, or other children in need were the recipients of the THOUSANDS of books gathered over the years?

 

A "Charity" has to be ready, books open, ready to prove that they are worthy of our donations. This is an organization to help kids, the disappearance of Mr. Moore right in the middle of us requesting answers to very relevant questions concerns me, and concerns many here.

 

I see now that comics4kids may be setting up at Wizard World Philly. How many more people will be donating books, believing they are a tax deductible donation, and without any clear answers as to where the books have gone and will be going?
