I might be wrong, but I think that is how it shows when you start as an auction but also list a BIN price.

 

IE .99 start $2500 BIN and someone was quick enough to buy it before any bids fell.

I originally had the idea of getting all the colour breaks touched up (since they were all in the black) which would have put it in the 8.0-9.0 restored range but felt it much wiser to leave it at a universal (I personally have no problems with owning restoration, but if the resale market changes to a more positive outlook on it then this would make an excellent candidate for CT in the future)
