I don't want to generate much more on this but it was not so much a matter of standing by you (you really took way too long with this deal - you admitted it - but still way too long).

 

It was a matter of standing by the rules of the Probation List. To insure the list is used the right way and applied fairly to everyone. Because I believed...Oh you may laugh, but I believed with every fibre of my body, with every drop of rain that falls, a... a flower grows. Not trying to be inflammatory, but I am curious about two points that you haven't answered:

 

1) did you lie about the book being shipped when you really hadn't shipped it yet, as the seller charged?

 

2) Would you be willing to prove to the buyer that you really did send the book a week and a half ago?

Call me crazy but i think LBJARM deserves the probation list. Funny how the buyer even stated the sale only happened because of the PM conversation via the forums. The rules the rules the rules..... the rules are/were made by the people to protect the people. Instead they are being used to let someone who has not completed a transaction continue to sell in the forum. 2c

Disagree but most of us will remember this discussion and remember that LBJARM let his buyer down and got defensive when outed.
