It seems like more than enough members monitor the board 1 minute PM would show at least proof it was sent.

 

The read part you can never tell

 

Actually, you can tell if a PM is read or unread.

 

Not really. My g-mail shows all of the message so if I never came back to the boards you could read all messages

 

Not if the person has it set up so that the PM's get sent to their e-mail account. They can read the PM in the e-mail, and it will show unread on the boards until the person opens the PM here on the boards.

On a different twist, should Toyman be placed on the PL so if he returns he can answer to this before he starts trying to sell again?

 

He seemingly lied about PMing Winter Soldier to let him know he was nominating him for the PL. He has seemingly done other things deemed questionable. I say, yes. A board nomination for the PL for toyman, and if he comes back, he can then explain himself to try to be let off, if he wants.

Do we need a vote for this? It is not HOS. In some ways, though, it should be since the whole process was manipulated to his advantage. But PL is fine by me. He will have to answer for this should he return.

 

Oh yeah, I vote Yes to the PL as well if it wasn't clear.

I agree with what is being done ... but I don't think it's such a good idea to be making decisions about putting people on and taking people off the PL when it's after 1 am east coast time. Just sayin'.

I had seen WinterSoldiers sales threads before but never purchased anything because he was on the list. I always thought this guy has some nerve, and no one said anything. So tonight I had enough as another book I wanted to buy sold and felt are people just not paying attention. Glad this led to something good.

 

Wintersoldier I'm glad you are off the list and hopefully I can buy something on your next sales thread, you seem to have really good books.
