Check out my feedback thread....or do a simple search on me....I have 0 bad things said about me other then being wrongfully nominated by a member named Toyman ....who if you look him up has a bad rep.

 

It doesn't make any sense when a person came be nominated/listed for no reason whatsoever ...

 

by a board member who clearly doesn't have a good reputation to begin with.

Wow this is totally insane. I can't belive members here are actually turning on me for no reason and giving me a bad reputation.....for not doing a dam thing wrong?

 

If you check my feedback/Kudos thread you can see I'm a good member.I was nominated by a member named ToyMan. Which I just recently found out about thanks to a friend of mines on the board.

 

That transaction I had with him was that I agreed to buy Shazam comics and Kamandi comics from him. I sent him a payment via PayPal for the comics. A day or two later he refunded they money stating that since he was new to selling through PayPal they had put a 21 day hold on the funds. Then told me to send him a money order instead or a personal check....which I never did. Since I didn't know him personally. Shortly after that I stopped visiting the boards due to a death in the family.

So I was never here to defend myself when he nominated me.....

he did have a strike for trolling but nowhere do I see that you were even nominated.....I could be wrong ask someone else to be sure but if he did nominate you and he hasnt been on in 5 months that means the infraction would even have been longer......

Those were the things he admits to, not everything that has been brought up against him. But most all of that can be found in his threads or links to them found easily enough.

 

Lets hope he is not being disingenuous this time. Still, I know a lot of people are like-minded with me, and won't deal with him for any reason.

I don't know I can't find any thread he talked in nominating you at all....although I also don't see any thread of his selling the books you mention to you either.....

2. When was the sale? Where is the thread?

3. Are you sure you are even nominated?
