I think hitting the list a third time deserves a perm-ban place on the list. If this list is to be a "living document" if you will then when new cases arise, it should be re-evaulated. This is the first case that someone is on the list for the third time.

 

Personally, a two-time offender should remain on the list but that is just me. I truly don't believe that turning 18 will cause a turn around. He has shown his true nature to me with repeated behavior.

I think we are agreed, he stays on the list as three times is a double repeat offender. That's an additional time too many for me.

But maybe an * should be by Chi Bamm's name since he had a real good excuse.

He was a reservist called up to serve in Iraq ("The Surge") and had to ship out before he could complete a deal he had in the works.

I don't know if anybody else on there had a real good excuse like that.

 

I always hate to see good people lumped in with bums. :(

I think two of the biggest "gems" have been left off: Alley Bat and gilbertorres.

 

It's only a record of members that have made the list and have been removed. It's a good reference point to go back into the thread and review the history.

 

Edit - Those two you mentioned will probably never make it off. :eek:

I edited the original list to include the notation. Thanks for the info. I remember seeing him post only because I like his aviator of Mary Marvel.
