This might be the most lopsided poll we've ever had on the forums.

Lopsided....or definative? hm

Ohhh, that's a much better word for it.

And an even better one....definitive :baiting:

With the microchamber paper in the Eerie, was it previously slabbed? If so, what grade was it and were the defects noted?

Microchamber paper can be purchased on-line. It's not an accurate indicator that the book was slabbed.

Although the Probation List has previously been limited to deadbeats, I believe we have an exceptionally "ghastly" situation here.

I voted but I don't see why we even need a poll. I don't consider the Probation list to be limited solely to non-shipment/payment of books. It could just as easily apply to grossly inaccurate grading, packaging resulting in damage, etc.

String him up! :sumo:

The probation list was initially established to deter this behavior.

Ghastly

(added by majority vote 12/3/07)

:applause:

Maybe he is just misunderstood? (shrug) It's the lynch mob mentality. :(

Yeah, he is. I just don't understand how a collector could pack a box of books that way, and respond with a post full of attitude that blames the buyer instead of attempting to work out a fair resolution.
