It will definitely get removed as it has inflammatory and potentially litigious, remarks calling you a "THEIF" (sic) and "FOOL" so I doubt you will have any problem. He is actually the one breaking the rules (they even warn you about this when you post FB) so impress that point upon EBay.

 

Don't get your hopes up. If a seller can even mock Ebay in their follow-up feedback and not have it removed, what's the chance between two individuals?

 

Saw this feedback the previous week for Crackrocksteady7 , and was shocked that Ebay had never even deleted it.

 

"he got his money back my product is destroyed AND I get Neg Feedback? EBAY SUCKS"

 

But are you absolutely certain someone (buyer?) filled out the form to have it removed? Otherwise, how is EBay to know about it?

Bought a Deadpool #1 from me advertised as NM+.

 

I agonized over this one, because I had a pool...no pun intended...of six copies, and the remaining copies are solid 9.8 candidates. So, I picked the least 9.8-ish copy and sent it.

 

This delightful person then leaves feedback that the condition was not as described, but adding salt to the wound, leaves a 1 or 2 for item as described. For a book I agonized over sending in the first place (9.8s are $150 books right now.)

 

No contact. Was it damaged in shipping? Don't know, because there is no contact. Was it insured? Oh yes.

 

What rational human being thinks a 9.6/9.8 quality book (provided it wasn't damaged in shipping, for which it was insured) is worth the very worst rating possible for item as described?

 

I cannot wait for eBay to be destroyed by its own hand. I cannot wait.

Regarding buyer Project Rebirth, I sold a $300 book to this guy about a year ago. I noticed that his feedback was "private" and he did give me a story about the book being for his son's graduation and he did ask questions about the book after he hit "Buy it Now", but he paid right away and there were no problems.... However, based on what I have read here, I have added him to my blocked bidders list. I think I just got lucky.
