I just finished the definitive REH Biography Blood & Thunder: The Life & art of Robert E Howard by Mark Finn.

Great Read!

and I am reading

A Legacy of Secrecy: The Long Shadow of the JFK Assassination by Lamar Waldron.

Tell us what the outcome of the JFK book is once you finish it.

Have you ever seen the film they made of REH's life?

Yes, The Whole Wide World is based on Novalyne Price Ellis' memoir One Who Walked Alone, her book about her relationship with REH.

The film is pretty good. Although it emphasizes more of a romance angle than being a straight up REH Biopic, it is still interesting.

I have a copy of One Who Walked Alone and will probably begin reading that soon.

I am gearing up on my JFK assassination history in preparation for release of Stephen King's 11/22/63 in November.

I also want to get ahold of and read James W Douglass' JFK and the Unspeakable; Why He Died and Why it Matters. I heard Oliver Stone pimp that book on a PBS program once.
