Maybe the regions will be re-aligned? Just go down the list and rank the first 4 people as #1 seeds and place them wherever, then the next 4 as #2 seeds, etc. This way the regions can be balanced based on the rankings? (Just a suggestion, not my call. )

I just checked last year and I was 18-3 to start and a #3 seed. Looks like I slipped a little this year. The good thing is, anyone has a chance in this. A #5 took it all last year.

 

We had a pretty big prize list last year if memory serves. So more people were able to win something.
