I'm so worried mine's lost in the mail... :sorry:

 

We use the address that you have saved on the Collectors Society website so if that is incorrect or out of date it may cause a delay.

I did change my address after I moved but my certificates got mailed to my old address. Not sure where else I need to change it but I must be missing it... can you point me in the right direction to take care of that Gemma?

You need to log into the Collectors Society and change it on your Control Panel page under "Edit My Account." The certificates were mailed about the time of the Chicago Comic Con, so if it had not been changed online by that point it would have gone to the previous address on file. I hope you were able to get them!

I though your one would be fancier than the others Cheetah

 

It's 3-feet by 5-feet and the letters are made of solid gold. :baiting:
