Here, is a PM I sent to one poster in this thread last night:

 

I have said to my wife two times in the past 30 minutes, please don't distract me I am busy.

 

This is a bitter situation with real life impact upon people who aren't even Board members & who don't give a damn about Beta Ray Bill.

 

It goes deeper than you think. My friend Kelley heard me snickering over this thread, and I told her it was about a Beta Ray Bill poster.

 

Her: "Oh, the Incredible Hulk TV show?"

Me: "No...Beta Ray Bill was a replacement Thor."

Her: "I thought the Hulk was made by Beta rays or something..."

Me: "No, the Hulk was created by Gamma rays."

Her: "But I thought the Hulk's name was Bill something..."

Me: "The actor's name was Bill Paxton, the character's name was Bruce Banner."

Her: "Your hobby makes no sense. How do you keep up with all this *spoon*?"

 

At least she makes an attempt, lol

I've never removed it from the Heritage poster tube. Not even to peek at it.

 

I'm waiting for the new house to be built so I can frame it & hang it in a proper comic book room.

 

greggy liked it so much that he was compelled to buy two for himself at top of the market prices.
