Not uncommon with small books like this. Henchgirl took a couple of weeks as well no big deal. Just don't expect bullet proof packing its part of the reason why I shy away from them now.

I recently got permission from the writer to post about this:

First reported on comicsheatingup was a successfull Kickstarter named

Solar flare:

http://www.solarflarecomic.com/store/

In the blog they hint at being picked up by an major indie publisher....

When I contacted him, he filled me in some more:

"Its between Creature Entertainment, Darby Pop and Red 5. I'm also

about to make a production deal with Ironklad."

It's increasingly looking like it's red 5....

I like the art, but haven't read the story yet... Seems like a no brainer to

me....

agree / disagree whatever... just letting you know... I'd rather not get some negative

rants about posting this

What do you mean by "no brainer"?

Not here to flame.

The print runs on these self published books are far smaller then when a larger company starts to print them.... So far none of comics that I have seen that meet the right conditions have failed to do well:

The art is good, people who read them say they are good, they are going to get a major publisher to back them ( major as in people know the name ), and there is some multi-media interest.

I even made money on 'the humans'....

So I see a high probability that this will take off, once red five re-publishes this series... It's always a gamble....may the odds always be in your favor....

but, if there is a 50 50 chance that this comic will go from $5 to $25, then it's a no brainer....

All the versions of Wolverine Origins 10 are doing well today with that new poster image coming out. It would be cool to see both Daken and Laura in the next Wolverine film

Don't know why. That's not Daken on the poster.

Most likely not Daken, but people are thinking it could be.

Lilkely not either one of them.

Seeing as this looks to be Old Man Logan, if Daken or X23 was only a small kid that far in to the future, it would make it a lot more difficult to integrate them in to the X-Men Universe.

It's probably one of the kids in Old man Logan, or something closer to that.

Its a hand holding wolverines hand and you're saying it can't possible by daken.

Sure its not in line with how Marvel has told its Daken story but how can you say its 100% not him?

Its probably not him but how can you be so sure? hm hm hm
