mschmidt
At the rate CGC is rubber stamping 9.8's on this book now, I'll be able to pick up a copy in a year or so for less than the cost of getting it slabbed. I was wondering that, too. No 9.8s in...10 years? and now all of a sudden there's three? Have the standards of grading for this particular book changed? Is it a conspiracy? Should I be form-fitting a tinfoil hat to keep CGC from reading my mind grapes? It happens all the time. A book gets put forward & discussed due to perceived scarcity in grade - people realize that said book can command good money in 9.8 - and multiple copies show up in the census soon thereafter. DiceX
Found this copy at a yard sale this morning. Not the worst copy I've ever seen. I wouldn't waste the money trying it via Fast Track so this one will sit in a box until CGC gets on time with modern submissions. I'll continue my quest for the perfect copy. It's out there.
