the truth is, we actually need as many people as possible to be educated and searching for these things.

it would be very lonely and probably impossible to complete a run of variants without some sort of assistance from others, especially the people who do not collect them, but sell them to finance their other collecting focus.

:fear::hi:

'cept you never buy my low grade over priced ones.....

Uber rare or..."common" rare...?

Thanks all for the advice. I typically like first appearances, that is my thing, so for instance I picked up an odd one recenlty Invaders #7 Price Variant because it is also the first appearance of Union Jack and Baron Blood.

I know I won't ever obtain a copy of IF14 variant unless I can get a very very low grade.I was hoping to find out any other key or semi-key books that also had price variants.

THANKS:)

There aren't any real big 30 cent keys. Some minor keys:

Avengers 150

Captain America 200

Daredevil 132

Eternals 1

Incredible Hulk 200

Marvel Spotlight 28

X-Men 100

There are more keys in the 35 centers:

Howard the Duck 13

Iron Man 100

Iron Fist 14

John Carter 1

Logan's Run 6

Star Wars 1

2001 8

I would add the other #1's - all seem as important as John Carter

Tarzan #1

Scooby-Doo #1

Flintstones #1

Eternals #1

Human Fly #1

Godzilla #1

also

X-men 107 - "first full star jammers"

Thor #250

IF #15

That book took me forever to find. I found more low grade #14s on the way before I got a tip that someone was selling a #15 copy a few states over.

The best part of collecting these books are the hunt.

Anyone have any knowledge or anything related to the 30 or 35 cent variants that is original art related. Ie a stat of some sort? or even an OA that has the variant price on it?

Please tell me you asked if they had any more comics. :wishluck:

I actually bought Star Wars 2-6 but this was the only variant.. He also had X-Men silver age 24-26 that I got, but the only other stuff he had was elfquest that he did not want to sell..
