On your CGC member home page, click "Submit Now" and then click "Order Status"

 

Do you have to be a special member to see this? Or can free members see this as well? I can't find it.

 

You need to be at least an associate member ($39/year) to get access to the submission tracking.

Looks like TATs are improving.

 

:frustrated: I am still waiting for my NYCC moderns from Oct 11-14.

 

Some of these have started to come back. I got 2 of my 4 regular track submissions back from NYCC. I imagine that many will be mailed this week :-) This was the last major show of 2012. Maybe they will be able to cut TATs a bit :-)

i dont know if it takes a while for their system to update but i checked on an invoice last night at around 7pm and it still showed grading/quality control, then for some reason, i checked at around 9 and it showed shipped. so either they are staying really late or their system updates later.

Hey guys, I put an order through a local store around aug 26th, should these books not have been back to me by now?

 

They should have been back in your hands months ago. My guess is the store didn't submit your books straight away ... if you get an invoice number from your store, you can call CGC & check up on the status.
