And if I might add: still somewhat affordable. I do emphatically believe that we haven't seen the full effect of appreciation yet....and more than likely will not see that price apex until after MOS 2. I show some realized prices and the difference in values between years (ex. In 1994 a BB#28 in 9.2 was only $, now in only 10 years, it's $$$!" kinda thing). She starts taking an interest in it and asking me why I don't invest in books more often. This totally has me perplexed as she usually not very happy with my comic spending. Anways, I explain what GPA is and stuff and she says to me: "Tell you what, if you can find a FF#1 or BB#28 (those are 2 big keys I still need I told her) in 5.0 for less than GPA, then we can "invest" in one.
