It's been a good book for years. She was in some video game and that book has never looked back since. I've yet to find one above an 8.0 in the wild though after looking for years.

I found 2 ;) was shocked at how quick they sold!

A better indicator is to look at the completed raw ones. There's clearly a strong market for this book.

That was the first list I provided... You trying to take my shine?? :taptaptap:

Still for the age of the book, there's not many listed on the eBay. Maybe there's still a lot lurking in back issue bins or $1 bins?!?

Earlier this year, I found one at a small show in a dealer's bargain boxes. I think I paid about $2-3 for it. It's certainly nowhere near a 9.8 but still a nice pickup for that price.

Nice! I like to pick up low grade copies just to read those stories, especially for titles that don't have TPB

Yes, I know this is on the low end of recent sales, but I'm wondering if it is time to put my remaining SW 1s (and others from the Marvel series, including a lot of high grade copies from the last 2 years of the series) back into deep freeze until another movie comes out. I never go around to selling any of them last year other than a SW 1 here I think.

I might be wrong, but it seemed like all the activity with Star Wars #1 was in the CGC graded books last year. 9.4, 9.6, and 9.8 went up quickly. (And specifically 9.8.) Raw copies didn't see the same kind of movement.
