June Comiclink auction, post 'em if you got 'em (or lost 'em)

I am not sure what is going on but this is happening.

 

The auction item was won on 26 June 2014 and Comiclink had charged the bill to my credit card on 30 June 2014. Until now they had not send it out nor any tracking information available. Just wondering if this is normal?
