I have had a few myself

 

Most the parking lots/ parkades here are $14.00 a day. Your other choice is meter parking where $2.00 buys you 1 hour.

I wouldn't count on either as an investment. Buy them if you love them and forget about the money you spent. That is how I bought my comics when I was younger and have no regrets.
