The big "reveal" was..... quite disappointing...

Especially from a Del Toro joint.

 

It looked like if Nosferatu and Sloth from the Goonies had a kid.

 

All I could hear in my head was the sound of someone letting the air out of a balloon.

 

I was really hoping they would use CGI for the head/hands.

Might just be me but I find Nora getting more annoying every week. Hoping she goes soon

 

Nora has a nice butt, so I hope that sticks around til the end.

This week surprised me, Because...

 

 

I thought that his wife would be OK. I figured having both broads he wants to bang stuck in the same house together would be Drama too juicy for the writers to pass up

Last night was the first episode I didn't enjoy as much. While I normally don't rail on the acting quality, the kid's bland performance got to me. I don't think we've seen the last of Kelly. The banter/tension between Fet and Dutch is entertaining however.

The old man sounds like a penguin when he talks. His voice comes out in raspy bursts, so it sounds like an animal noise sometimes rather than dialogue. I've taken to referring to him as a geriatric sword-cane-carrying bearded penguin. When he was talking to the kid it was kind of taking me out of the story a little bit.

 

I hope this observation doesn't ruin the show for you all.
